基于循证方法探讨癫痫患儿生酮饮食相关便秘预防及管理的最佳证据，并评价其临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the best evidence on how the ketogenic diet can help prevent and manage constipation in children with epilepsy using an evidence-based approach, and evaluate its clinical effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断癫痫，依据 2023 年版中国癫痫诊疗指南；
2.年龄 2-18 岁；
3.大便正常，每天 1-2/天；
4.首次行生酮饮食；
5.家长无听说读写阅读障碍，自愿签署知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosing epilepsy, based on the 2023 edition of the Chinese Epilepsy Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2.Ages 2-18 years old; 3.First time trying the keto diet; 4.Parents have no difficulties in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.管饲饮食者；
2.存在心脏、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统、内分泌系统、循环系统严重原发性 疾病或恶性肿瘤者；
3.生酮饮食≤7 天的患儿；
4.肠道器质性疾病史；
5.手术治疗的结构性癫痫；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Manage the feeding and drinking; 2.Individuals with severe primary diseases or malignant tumors involving the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, and circulatory system; 3.Children on a ketogenic diet for up to 7 days; 4.Surgical treatment for structural epilepsy.
