研究目的：

在临床实际中观察慢性萎缩性胃炎内镜下分级人工智能模型对胃镜医生诊断慢性萎缩胃炎的准确率有无提升作用，为该模型作用的发挥，提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

In clinical practice, it is observed whether the endoscopic hierarchical artificial intelligence model can improve the accuracy of gastroscopy doctors in diagnosing chronic atrophic gastritis, and provide new ideas for the play of the role of this model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄在18岁及以上；
2.能耐受麻醉，麻醉风险等级为 1、2或3级；
3.需要接受胃镜检查；
4.患者及家属能够给予知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients are 18 years of age and older;
2.Tolerance to anesthesia, anesthesia risk level 1, 2 or 3;
3.A gastroscopy is required;
4.Patients and their families can give informed consent;

排除标准：

1.存在凝血功能障碍；
2.孕期患者；
3.既往病史中对麻醉剂过敏的；
4.研究人员认为患者不适合参加试验；
5.无法提供知情同意；

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is coagulation dysfunction;
2.Pregnant patient;
3.Allergies to anesthetics in the past;
4.The researchers deemed the patient unfit for the trial;
5.Unable to provide informed consent;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例登记表：用excel表格记录患者的ID号、年龄、性别、慢性萎缩性胃炎的诊断结果；并收集患者的胃镜图像资料。
