Objectives of Study：

The Impact and Intervention of Cognitive Reexamination on Subthreshold Depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述阈下抑郁诊断标准；2.年龄在18-65岁之间；3.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究；4.具备基本的读写能力，能够理解并完成相关问卷和量表的填写。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the above diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression; 2. Age between 18-65 years old;3.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study; 4.Have basic reading and writing skills, able to understand and complete relevant questionnaires and scales.

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等；2.有严重的器质性疾病，如严重心血管疾病、肝肾功能衰竭、脑部器质性病变等；3.可能影响研究结果或无法耐受干预措施；4.目前正在接受其他心理治疗或精神类药物治疗，且在研究期间无法暂停治疗；5.近3个月内有重大创伤事件（如亲人离世、失业、重大事故等），可能对情绪产生显著影响，干扰研究结果。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2.Having serious organic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney failure, brain organic lesions, etc; 3.May affect research results or be intolerant to intervention measures; 4.Currently receiving other psychological or psychiatric medication treatments, and unable to suspend treatment during the study period; 5.There have been significant traumatic events in the past three months (such as the death of a loved one, unemployment, major accidents, etc.) that may have a significant impact on emotions and interfere with research results.
