研究目的：

本研究致力于探究中转剖宫产的不同麻醉方式对产妇产后抑郁症及血清雌二醇及孕酮水平的影响。通过随机对照试验，将患者分为硬膜外转化组、脊髓麻醉组及全身麻醉组，通过量表评分、麻醉效果评定、术后并发症发生情况及血清学检查结果等多维度指标进行综合分析。提高中转剖宫产的麻醉管理质量，从中转剖宫产麻醉管理的角度，减轻产妇产后抑郁的发生，提升医疗服务质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different anesthesia methods on postpartum depression and serum estradiol and progesterone levels. The patients were divided into epidural conversion group, spinal anesthesia group and general anesthesia group by randomized controlled trial. The scale score, anesthesia effect evaluation, postoperative complications and serological examination results were comprehensively analyzed. To improve the quality of anesthesia management of caesarean section, reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression and improve the quality of medical services.

纳入标准：

①单胎、足月、活胎的初产妇 ②行阴道分娩失败中转剖宫产，且已选择椎管内分娩镇痛的产妇

Inclusion criteria

1. Parturients with single, full-term and live births 2. Who had failed vaginal delivery and converted to cesarean section, and had chosen intraspinal labor analgesia

排除标准：

①具有精神障碍，沟通困难者；②近期有重大心理应急事件 ③病例资料缺失·

Exclusion criteria：

1 People with mental disorders and communication difficulties; 2 There are recent major psychological emergency events; 3 case data are missing

本研究是一项前瞻性、双盲的随机对照临床试验，采用SPSS产生的随机数字表将所有符合入选标准且不符合任何排除标准的患者分娩镇痛中转剖宫产时采用硬膜外麻醉、脊髓麻醉、全身麻醉方法
