研究目的:

建立青少年儿童数据集,包含成像系统拍摄的眼部图像序列以及对应的真实屈光度。通过召集志愿者采集图像和使用电脑验光仪测试屈光度,创建深度学习模型的训练和测试数据集,同时在不同光照和使用情况下验证设备和算法的准确性与稳定性。与电脑验光仪的差值小于0.25D,测量的可重复系数大于0.8。  

Objectives of Study:

Establish a data set of children and adolescents, including the eye image sequence taken by the imaging system and the corresponding true refractive errors. Training and testing datasets for deep learning models were created by calling for volunteers to collect images and test refraction using a computerized optometrist, while validating the accuracy and stability of the devices and algorithms under different light and usage situations. The difference between and computer refractometer is less than 0.25 D, and the coefficient of variation of measurement is greater than 0.8.

纳入标准:

1.年龄范围:8岁至18岁的青少年。
2.近视度数:受试者的球镜度数需在-1.00D至-6.00D之间。
3.散光度数:受试者的柱镜度数需在0.00D至-2.00D之间。
4.眼健康:受试者不应患有其他严重眼部疾病,如角膜疾病、斜视等。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: Adolescents aged 8 to 18.
2.Myopia degree: The spherical lens degree of the subjects should be between -1.00D and -6.00D.
3.Astigmatism degree: The cylindrical lens degree of the subjects should be between 0.00D and -2.00D.
4.Eye health: The subjects should not have other serious eye diseases, such as corneal diseases, strabismus, etc.

排除标准:

1.眼部手术史:近期进行过眼部手术的受试者,可能会影响测量结果的稳定性。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Eye Surgery History: Participants who have recently undergone eye surgery may affect the stability of measurement results.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

In view of the above research content, data collection and management methods should be rigorous and detailed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. The following are detailed data collection and management methods: I. Data collection methods (1) Case report form / electronic data recording: A special case report form was designed to clearly record the basic information of each subject, the results of various examinations during the study, and any adverse events or unexpected reactions. (2) Measurement of diopter : Record the diopter data of each refractor under different surveyors, different repetition times and different environmental light intensities, and record the measurement results in detail, including measurement time, measurement value and measurement personnel. 2. Data Management Methods (1) Data Entry and Verification: The double-entry principle will be adopted, meaning the same data will be entered by two different individuals and then compared to identify and rectify any potential entry errors, thus ensuring data accuracy. Regular checks on entered data will also be conducted to confirm completeness and consistency. (2) Data Quality Control: A strict data quality control process will be established, encompassing data cleansing and outlier handling. Data that do not meet the requirements will be flagged or excluded to guarantee the reliability of analysis outcomes.
