研究目的：

本研究旨在应用整体心肌做功指标，分析不同肥胖表型人群（MHO、MUNW、MUO）心脏功能的受损情况，评估不同肥胖亚型与亚临床心功能不全的关系。探究心外膜脂肪组织体积是否直接或间接与心肌做功指标相关。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to apply global myocardial work indices to analyze the impairment of cardiac function in individuals with different obesity phenotypes (MHO, MUNW, MUO), and to evaluate the relationship between different obesity subtypes and subclinical cardiac dysfunction. It also explores whether the volume of epicardial adipose tissue is directly or indirectly correlated with myocardial work indices.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 本研究纳入 2024 年 5 月-2025 年 3 月在我院因体检或稳定性胸痛门诊就诊或住院， 同时行心脏超声检查、 冠状动脉 CTA 检查及相关心肌酶学、 生化等抽血检查者； 2. 既往无心力衰竭病史， 即不符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南 2024》 中相关心衰诊断标准者。

Inclusion criteria

1. This study includes patients who were admitted to the outpatient clinic or hospitalization for physical examination or stable chest pain in our hospital from May 2024 to March 2025, and underwent cardiac ultrasound, coronary CTA and related cardiac enzymes, biochemistry and other blood draws; 2. Those who have no previous history of heart failure, that is, those who do not meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024.

排除标准：

1.患有心肌病、 心脏瓣膜病等心脏器质性病变者； 2.患有房颤、 完全性束支传导阻滞及严重心律失常者； 3.近 6 个月内有急性冠脉综合征或行 PCI/CABG 手术者； 4.存在明显贫血、 肝病、 动静脉瘘等高输出量疾病； 5.肾能明显异常， eGFR<30 L/min 者； 6.恶性肿瘤及肿瘤相关治疗后患者； 7.过于肥胖， BMI>40 者； 8.图像质量差无法分辨者或重要病例资料缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease and other organic cardiac lesions; 2. Patients with atrial fibrillation, complete bundle branch block and severe arrhythmia; 3. Those who have acute coronary syndrome or PCI/CABG surgery in the past 6 months; 4. Presence of obvious anemia, liver disease, arteriovenous fistula and other high-output diseases; 5. Patients with obvious abnormal renal energy, eGFR<30 L/min; 6. Patients with malignant tumors and tumor-related treatments; 7. Those who are overweight and have a BMI > 40; 8. Those who have poor image quality and cannot be distinguished or those who lack important case data.
