研究目的:

本研究拟通过连续采样的方法,一方面明确目前头癣的好发人群、致病菌菌种构成、诊断方法和患者疗效预后;另一方面应用高分辨质谱检测技术与全面的数据库相结合的代谢组学技术筛选诊疗相关的血浆小分子代谢标志物,进一步对头癣的风险预测、疾病严重程度、转归之间关系的进行相关研究,为头癣临床诊断和疗效评价研究提供有价值的线索和潜在靶标。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, we intended to clarify the prevalence of tinea capitis, strain composition of causative organisms, diagnostic methods and prognosis of patients' efficacy through continuous sampling; on the other hand, we applied the metabolomics technology combining high-resolution mass spectrometry and a comprehensive database to screen plasma small molecule metabolite markers related to diagnosis and treatment and to further correlate the relationship between the risk prediction of tinea capitis, the seriousness of the disease, and the regression of tinea capitis. This study will provide valuable clues and potential targets for the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of tinea capitis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄<18岁,性别不限; 40 名健康志愿者作为对照组; 2. 通过皮损及病发直接真菌荧光镜检和/或真菌培养和/或组织病理,符合《中国头癣诊断和治疗指南(2018修订版)》诊断标准,确诊头癣; 3. 受试者监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age less than 18 years old, gender not limited;40 healthy volunteers served as the control group. 2. Diagnosed with tinea capitis according to the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinea Capitis (Revised Edition 2018)" through direct fungal fluorescence microscopy and/or fungal culture and/or histopathology of skin lesions and hair samples. 3. Informed consent signed by the subject's guardian.

排除标准:

1. 考虑头皮马拉色菌等非皮肤癣菌感染;
2. 近3月系统性使用抗真菌药;
3. 其他研究者认为不适合参加试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Consideration of infections such as Malassezia on the scalp and other non-dermatophyte infections.
2. Systemic use of antifungal medication within the past 3 months.
3. Other patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for the trial.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

I. Case record form The case record form is the traditional way of data collection and usually includes the following elements: Patient information: collect basic information about the patient, such as name, age, gender, contact information, etc. Medical history information: including past medical history, family medical history, current medical history, drug use history, etc. Clinical features: record the patient's clinical manifestations, such as the type of tinea capitis, symptoms, signs, etc. Diagnostic information: including laboratory test results, pathogenic bacteria culture and molecular biology identification results, etc. Treatment plan: record the doctor's diagnosis and treatment decision, including drug selection, dosage, treatment cycle, etc. Follow-up data: collects information on regular follow-up of patients during the treatment process, as well as follow-up information after the completion of treatment.
