研究目的：

本研究拟选择择期行尺桡骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者 200 例手术的患者，麻醉采用超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞，使用罗哌卡因联合瑞马唑仑为注射药物，评价瑞马唑仑复合罗哌卡因的臂丛阻滞临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 200 patients who underwent open reduction and internal fixation for ulnar and radius fractures were selected. Ultrasound-guided intermuscular brachial plexus block was used as anesthesia, and ropivacaine combined with remimazolam was used as injection drugs to evaluate the clinical effect of remimazolam combined with ropivacaine in brachial plexus block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA 分级 I-II 级，年龄 18-80 岁,体质指数(body mass index,BMI)20-30 kg/m^2， 认知功能正常的尺桡骨骨折患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA Grade I-II patients with ulnar and radius fractures aged 18-80 years with body mass index (BMI)20-30 kg/m^2 and normal cognitive function.

排除标准：

对任何试验药物过敏史，存在凝血功能障碍，神经阻滞穿刺部位感染，术前 48 小时内摄入任何止痛药物，慢性疼痛药物使用史，外伤或胸椎手术史，窦性心动过缓，房室传导阻滞和其他不适合这项研究的情况以及一个月内参加过其他试验的的患者。患者或者家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of allergy to any trial medication, presence of coagulation dysfunction, infection at the nerve block puncture site, ingestion of any pain medication within 48 hours before surgery, history of chronic pain medication use, history of trauma or thoracic surgery, sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, and other conditions not eligible for this study and those who participated in other trials within one month. The patient or family member refused.
