构建手术切口图像数据库,对手术切口愈合情况进行分类标识,开发基于 AI 深度学习技术的手术切口特征判别系统,测试该手术切口特征判别系统的准确性。  

Objectives of Study:

Construct a surgical incision image database, classify and label surgical incision healing, develop a surgical incision feature discrimination system based on AI deep learning technology, and test the accuracy of this surgical incision feature discrimination system.

因手术原因导致的手术切口图像

Inclusion criteria

Images of surgical incisions for surgical reasons

排除标准:

1、非外科手术因素导致的伤口图像 2、切口周围有皮肤疾病的手术切口图像 3、合并手术切口以外的伤口,如压力性损伤等

Exclusion criteria:

1. images of wounds caused by non-surgical factors 2. images of surgical incisions with skin diseases around the incision 3. Combination of wounds other than surgical incisions, such as pressure injuries, etc.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集:研究人员利用智能手机自带摄像头采集患者手术切口图像;数据管理:手术切口图像存储于专用手机相册,并去除患者信息,同时采用病例记录表,记录患者切口信息,使用密码或指纹解锁等方式保护设备和相册的访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data acquisition: the researchers used the smartphone's own camera to capture images of the patient's surgical incision; data management: the surgical incision images were stored in a dedicated cell phone album with the patient information removed, and a case record sheet was used to record the patient's incision information, and access to the device and album was protected using passwords or fingerprint unlocking.
