研究目的：

探究术前、术后不同时期营养、炎症和免疫相关标志物对不同病理亚型胃癌的预后价值及联合作用，开发胃癌患者不同时期的PNII 评分系统，构建整合PNII 评分和其他风险因素的胃癌术后预后风险预测模型，并对模型的预测性能进行外部验证，为胃癌患者预后的个体化预测和精准治疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the prognostic value and combined effects of nutritional, inflammatory and immune-related markers on different pathological subtypes of gastric cancer at different stages before and after surgery, to develop a PNII scoring system for gastric cancer patients at different stages, to construct a postoperative prognostic risk prediction model for gastric cancer that integrates PNII scores and other risk factors, and to externally verify the prediction performance of the model, so as to provide a reference for individualized prediction and precise treatment of gastric cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经胃镜活检病理诊断为胃癌；（2）行根治性胃切除术；（3）年龄>18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Gastric cancer diagnosed pathologically by gastroscopic biopsy; 2.Radical gastrectomy; 3.Age >18 years.

排除标准：

（1）胃切除术前行新辅助化疗；（2）R1/2切除；（3）诊断为残胃癌；（4）胃癌合并远处转移（肝、结肠、卵巢等）；（5）姑息性手术；（6）其他恶性肿瘤病史；（7）随访期间资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to gastrectomy; ( 2.R1/2 resection; 3.Diagnosis of residual gastric cancer; 4.Gastric cancer combined with distant metastases (liver, colon, ovary, etc.); 5.Palliative surgery; 6.History of other malignancies; 7.Incomplete data during follow-up.
