研究目的：

本研究以小儿包皮环切术后的护理为切入点，充分发挥互联网医护一体化及 AIDET 沟通模式健康教育的优势，制定术后家庭照顾护理干预方案，加强医护之间的沟通和合作，探讨其可行性和适用性，为小儿包皮环切术后的护理研究提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on post-circumcision care in pediatric patients, leveraging the synergistic advantages of Internet-based integrated healthcare and the AIDET communication model (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) to develop a postoperative family care intervention protocol. By enhancing interprofessional communication and collaboration among healthcare providers, the research aims to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of this approach, thereby providing practical evidence for advancing postoperative care strategies in pediatric circumcision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.用力向上翻包皮，阴茎头无法外露； 2. 行一次性包皮切割缝合器的包茎的患儿； 3. 有手术指征患儿； 4.年龄为 5 岁～11 岁； 5.体重指数正常范围内患儿； 6.麻醉为阴茎根部组织麻醉，手术时间不超过 30 分钟； 7.知情同意，自愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Turn the foreskin upwards vigorously, and the head of the penis cannot be exposed; 2. Phimosis with disposable circumcision stapler; 3. Children with indications for surgery; 4. Age is 5~11 years old; 5. Children with a normal body mass index; 6. Anesthesia is the anesthesia of the root tissue of the penis, and the operation time is not more than 30 minutes; 7. Informed consent, voluntary test.

排除标准：

1.术后严重阴茎皮肿且需经医生判断需其他药物及治疗干预的患儿； 2.有其他疾病如精神障碍，沟通困难，依从性差的患儿； 3.儿童患有其他不稳定的或者严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病（包括不稳定心绞痛、不能控制的哮喘、活动性胃出血、癌症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with severe penile skin swelling after surgery and need other drugs and treatment as judged by the doctor; 2. Children with other diseases such as mental disorders, communication difficulties, and poor compliance; 3. The child has other unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases (including unstable angina, uncontrolled asthma, active gastric bleeding, cancer, etc.).
