研究目的：

1、明确ISCU、eIF4E2和4E-BP3在NSCLC中的临床价值及预后意义。 2、探究ISCU在NSCLC DDP耐药中的作用。 3、阐明ISCU调控NSCLC DDP耐药的具体分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical value and prognostic significance of ISCU、eIF4E2 and 4E-BP3 in NSCLC. 2. To explore the role of ISCU in cisplatin resistance in NSCLC. 3. To elucidate the specific molecular mechanism of ISCU regulation of cisplatin resistance in NSCLC.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺腺癌；
2.肺鳞状细胞癌；

Inclusion criteria

1.lung adenocarcinoma;
2.lung squamous cell carcinoma;

排除标准：

经过放化疗后的肺癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Lung cancer patients who have undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
