研究目的：

（1）揭示抑郁症患者社会性快感缺失的内在机制是社会性奖赏加工过程存在异常。 （2）揭示抑郁症患者社会性快感缺失在抑郁症状群中的中心性及其影响因素。 （3）证实人际取向行为激活疗法改善抑郁症社会性快感缺失的疗效，并发现该疗法改善抑郁症社会性快感缺失疗愈机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The internal mechanism of social anhedonia in major depression disorder is the abnormality of social reward processing. (2) To reveal the centrality and influencing factors of social anhedonia in major depression disorder. (3) Confirmed the efficacy of interpersonal orientation behavior activation therapy in improving social anhedonia in major depression disorder, and found that the therapy improved the healing mechanism of social anhedonia in major depression disorder.

纳入标准：

抑郁症组： 1.符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-V)》抑郁症的诊断标准。 2.年龄16 ~ 45周岁。 3.教育程度初中及以上。 4.视力正常或矫正视力正常。 5.优势操作手为右利手。 健康组： 1.年龄16 ~ 45周岁。 2.教育程度初中及以上。 3.视力正常或矫正视力正常。 4.优势操作手为右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Depression group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-V). 2. Age 16 to 45 years old. 3. Education level Junior high school and above. 4. Normal vision or normal corrected vision. 5. The dominant operating hand is right-handed. Health group: 1. Age: 16 - 45 years old. 2. Education level: junior high school or above. 3. Normal vision or corrected normal vision. 4. The dominant operating hand is right-handed.

排除标准：

抑郁症组： 1.脑器质性疾病、双相情感障碍、严重躯体疾病、精神分裂症、物质滥用等。 2.不愿或无法完成试验者。 健康组： 1.BDI-13得分≥5分。 2.通过MINI访谈筛查出的患有精神分裂症、抑郁症、双相情感障碍、物质滥用等精神疾病的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

Depression group: 1. Organic brain diseases, bipolar disorder, severe physical diseases, schizophrenia, substance abuse, etc. 2. Unwilling or unable to complete the test. Health group: 1. Individuals with a BDI-13 score of >=5 points. 2. Individuals with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse screened through the MINI interview.Health group:

仅针对抑郁症患者干预：本研究根据抑郁症社会功能特点，并参照Martell和Lejuez的行为激活操作指南制定人际方面激活任务，采用手册中“活动监测表”“行为激活表”等工具评估行为和激活情况。根据短程行为激活干预方案，设计每周2次，为期4周行为激活干预。

Intervention only for patients with depression:intervene only in the depression group:In this study, we developed interpersonal activation tasks according to the social function characteristics of depression and the behavioral activation operation guidelines of Martell and Lejuez, and used tools such as "activity monitoring table" and "behavioral activation table" in the manual to evaluate behavior and activation. According to the short-term behavioral activation intervention plan, the behavioral activation intervention was designed twice a week for 4 weeks.
