探究甲泼尼龙对足踝手术神经阻滞后反跳痛的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the effect of methylprednisolone on rebound pain after nerve block in ankle surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.　择期进行足踝部手术的患者 2.　ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级 3.　年龄18~75岁的患者 4　BMI19.6～29.9kg/㎡

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for foot and ankle surgery 2. Patients with ASA physical status classification I - III 3. Patients aged 18 - 75 years 4. Patients with a BMI of 19.6 - 29.9 kg/m2

排除标准：

1.　患者拒绝 2.　严重血液系统疾病 3.　双侧肢体同期手术 4.　存在神经阻滞禁忌症(如凝血功能障碍、局部麻醉剂过敏或局部感染) 5.　存在类固醇激素禁忌症(消化性溃疡疾病、全身感染、青光眼、活动性水痘/疱疹感染、 糖尿病) 6.　孕妇或哺乳女性 7.　有周围神经性疾病 8.　长期使用阿片类药物，有药物成瘾史。 9.　认知功能障碍 10.　全身麻醉禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses. 2. Severe hematological diseases. 3. Simultaneous bilateral limb surgery. 4. Contraindications to nerve block (such as coagulation disorders, local anesthetic allergy or local infection). 5. Contraindications to corticosteroids (peptic ulcer disease, systemic infection, glaucoma, active varicella/herpes zoster infection, diabetes). 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 7. Peripheral neuropathy. 8. Long-term use of opioid drugs and a history of drug addiction. 9. Cognitive impairment. 10. Contraindications to general anesthesia.
