研究目的：

（1）建立耳鸣分型的诊断标准； （2）建立不同类型耳鸣的治疗方案；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establishment of diagnostic criteria for typing tinnitus; (2) Establishment of treatment programmes for different types of tinnitus;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限；成人（年龄≥18 岁） - 签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究； - 耳鸣为主要症状，可以伴有眩晕、听力下降、高血压、糖尿病病、高血脂； - 能够配合完成各项听力测试及依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Any gender; 2.adults (>=18 years of age) - Signed informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study; 3.- Tinnitus as the main symptom, can be accompanied by vertigo, hearing loss, hypertension, diabetic disease, high blood fat; 4.- Be able to co-operate with all hearing tests and have good compliance.

排除标准：

1.除外因导致外耳、中耳、内耳、颅脑病变引起的耳鸣； - 除外他觉性耳鸣； - 除外因鼻咽癌、听神经瘤等器质性病变所致耳鸣； - 除外严重的肝、肾、心脏疾病患者； - 患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法正常沟通交流，影响研究数据收集准确性的； - 配合不佳者，如行动不便的老年患者、精神病患者等； - 患有恶性肿瘤晚期等严重影响生存预期、无法全程参与研究的重大疾病； - 近 3 个月内使用过可能影响听力的耳毒性药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Tinnitus caused by pathologies of the outer ear, middle ear, inner ear, and cranial brain, except for other causes;
2.- Except for other-perception tinnitus;
3.- Except for tinnitus caused by organic lesions such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma and acoustic neuroma;
4.- Except for patients with severe liver, kidney or heart disease;
5.- Those with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment that prevents normal communication and affects the accuracy of study data collection;
6.- Those with poor co-operation, e.g. elderly patients with mobility problems, psychiatric patients, etc;
7.- Those suffering from major diseases such as advanced malignant tumour that seriously affects the expectation of survival and cannot participate in the study in its entirety;
8.- Those who have used ototoxic drugs that may affect hearing within the last 3 months.
