Objectives of Study：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁; 2.符合慢性便秘诊断标准; 3.二级以上医院3年内结肠镜检查无明显器质性病变; 4.愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation; 3. There are no obvious organic lesions in colonoscopy in hospitals above the second level within 3 years; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.备孕、怀孕或哺乳期; 2.对高分子材料过敏; 3.永久性起搏器（如植入式心律转复除颤器）或任何电子/磁性/机械控制装置使用者; 4.有吞咽障碍、胃出口梗阻、肠道器质性病变（梗阻、狭窄、出血、炎症或癌症等）； 5.近3月内接受肠道息肉或消化道ESD手术； 6.近年来出现"报警"症状，包括异常体重减轻（最近三个月超过10%）； 7.有严重的心肺肾等其他系统疾病； 8.近2周口服本研究禁用药物治疗者（如促胃肠动力药、润肠药、抗抑郁药、治疗帕金森病药、阿片类等麻醉剂、氢氧化铝镁等）； 9.严重抑郁焦虑等精神疾病不能配合完成研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Trying to conceive, pregnant or lactating; 2. Allergy to polymer materials; 3. Users of permanent pacemakers (e.g. implantable cardioverter-defibrillators) or any electronic/magnetic/mechanical control devices; 4. Dysphagia, gastric outlet obstruction, intestinal organic lesions (obstruction, stenosis, bleeding, inflammation or cancer, etc.); 5. Intestinal polyps or gastrointestinal ESD surgery within the past 3 months; 6. "alarm" symptoms in recent years, including abnormal weight loss (more than 10% in the last three months); 7. Have serious heart, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases; 8. Those who have been given oral drugs that are prohibited in this study in the past 2 weeks (such as gastrointestinal prokinetic drugs, intestinal emollients, antidepressants, drugs for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, opioids and other anesthetics, aluminum magnesium hydroxide, etc.); 9. Severe depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses that cannot cooperate with the completion of the study;
