研究目的：

揭示“肠-肺”轴在脓毒症ALI中的具体作用机制,明确肠道菌群与代谢物是否可作为脓毒症ALI诊断或治疗的潜在靶点,为临床干预提供新思路  

Objectives of Study：

Revealing the specific mechanism of action of the "gut lung" axis in sepsis induced acute lung injury (ALI), clarifying whether gut microbiota and metabolites can serve as potential targets for the diagnosis or treatment of ALI, and providing new ideas for clinical intervention

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据《脓毒症的诊断和管理指南》符合脓毒症的诊断标准； 2.具备急性肺损伤特征:低氧血症(动脉血氧分压(PaO2)/吸入氧浓度(FiO2) 比值≤<=300 mmHg)； 3.肺部影像学改变(胸部影像显示双侧浸润影,如 X 光或 CT 检查); 4.无其他明确原因导致的肺损伤； 5.签署知情同意书，同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Sepsis; 2. Characteristics of acute lung injury: hypoxemia (arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2)/inspired oxygen concentration (FiO2) ratio<=300 mmHg); 3. Imaging changes in the lungs (chest imaging showing bilateral infiltrates, such as X-ray or CT examination); 4. No other clear cause of lung injury; 5. Signed informed consent form agreeing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2.合并其它重大疾病（如晚期癌症、严重免疫缺陷等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Merge with other major diseases (such as advanced cancer, severe immunodeficiency, etc.);
