观察并对比浓缩生长因子与胶原蛋白塞应用于下颌低位埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of CGF application in the extraction of mandibular low impacted third molars while compared with collagen plug.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、按Pell&Gregory分类法，阻生类型为低位阻生； 2、年龄18~40岁； 3、身体健康状况良好，无系统性疾病； 4、无吸烟史或吸烟<10 支/d； 5、凝血功能无明显异常。

Inclusion criteria

1.According to Pell&Gregory classification, the type of impaction was low impaction. 2. Age of 18-40 years old; 3. good physical health without systemic diseases; 4. No history of smoking or <10 cigarettes/d; 5. There was no obvious abnormality in coagulation function.

排除标准：

1、冠周炎症处于急性期，未控制者； 2、有高血压或糖尿病史，且未控制稳定者； 3、凝血功能异常者； 4、妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； 5、精神异常不能配合手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute and uncontrolled pericoronary inflammation; 2.patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 3. abnormal coagulation function; 4. pregnant and lactating women; 5. mentally abnormal and cannot cooperate with the surgery.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

用自身双侧对照临床试验设计，按患者就诊顺序，分别赋予每名患者一个两位随机数（随机数表由SPSS 23.0生成），患者分次拔除双侧下颌阻生第三磨牙，随机数为偶数的患者，左侧拔牙窝填充浓缩生长因子凝胶（即CGF组），右侧填充胶原蛋白塞（即胶原组），随机数为奇数者相反。每例患者都是他/她的自身对照，以消除患者间的偏倚。每位患者在第一次拔牙的术后3周接受另一侧手术，以确保拔牙创口的充分愈合，消除伤口重叠的影响，避免计算疼痛、肿胀和开口度的结果偏倚。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A self-controlled clinical trial design was adopted. According to the order of patient visits, each patient was assigned a two-digit random number (the random number table was generated by SPSS 23.0). Patients had their bilateral impacted third molars extracted in separate sessions. For patients with even random numbers, the left extraction socket was filled with CGF gel (CGF group), and the right one with collagen plugs (collagen group). For those with odd numbers, the opposite was done. Each patient served as his/her own control to eliminate inter-patient bias. The second extraction was performed three weeks after the first one for each patient to ensure adequate healing of the extraction site and to avoid the influence of overlapping wounds, thereby preventing bias in the calculation of pain, swelling and mouth opening degree.
