研究目的：

1. 主要目的：开展儿童学龄前儿童术前焦虑干预，减轻此类患儿术前焦虑的发生，提升患儿及家属舒适化医疗体验。 2. 次要目的： 探索适合西南地区学龄前儿童术前焦虑干预的新模式，形成诊疗规范并推广。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary Objectives:To implement and evaluate preoperative anxiety interventions for preschool-aged children, reduce the incidence and severity of preoperative anxiety in this population, enhance the perioperative experience for both pediatric patients and their families. 2.Secondary Objectives:To develop and validate a culturally adapted preoperative anxiety intervention model for preschool children in Southwest China, establish standardized diagnostic criteria and clinical protocols for pediatric preoperative anxiety managemen to facilitate the dissemination and implementation.

纳入标准：

1.年龄3~6岁； 2.择期手术。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pediatric patients aged 3 to 6 years; 2.Scheduled for elective surgical procedures.

排除标准：

1.发育迟缓，无法配合评估的患儿； 2.父母拒绝或无法参与共同评估的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children with developmental delays impairing their ability to participate in clinical assessments; 2.Cases where parents or legal guardians decline to provide informed consent or are unable to participate in the collaborative evaluation process.

镇静护士按医嘱给予右美托咪啶2 μg/kg滴鼻，或咪达唑仑糖浆0.5 mg/kg（最高15 mg）口服。全程监测血氧饱和度，每15分钟进行Ramsay镇静深度评分。

本中心设立独立的术前等候区“阳光小屋”，并有童趣化陪伴区域。暖色调墙面装修，营造明亮、舒适的氛围，内部装饰有以动物为主题的照明灯、桌椅和其他装饰物品，将“家”的概念引入手术室。根据患儿不同的喜好，配备适合不同年龄的儿童读物、互动玩具（如乐高积木和卡通车模型）、安抚玩偶、画板画笔、数字电视和各种视频资讯等资源。同时配备经过心理护理和儿童评估量表培训，并获得认证的专职术前镇静护士，提供童趣化护理模式。为了使儿童尽快适应环境，医护人员穿着童趣化的服装，组织儿童观看动画视频、搭积木和参与游戏等互动活动；通过游戏、玩具和娱乐方式达到分散儿童的注意力的目的。同时努力与儿童建立信任关系，以减轻他们的不安情绪。

Our center has set up an independent preoperative waiting area called "Sunshine Cabin" and a child friendly companionship area. Warm toned wall decoration creates a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The interior is decorated with animal themed lighting, tables, chairs, and other decorative items, introducing the concept of "home" into the operating room. According to the different preferences of the children, provide children's books, interactive toys (such as Lego bricks and cartoon car models), soothing dolls, drawing boards and brushes, digital TVs, and various video information resources suitable for different ages. Simultaneously equipped with full-time preoperative sedation nurses who have received training in psychological care and child assessment scales, and have obtained certification, providing a child friendly nursing model. In order to help children adapt to the environment as soon as possible, medical staff wear playful clothing and organize interactive activities such as watching animated videos, building blocks, and participating in games; To distract children's attention through games, toys, and entertainment methods. Simultaneously strive to establish a trusting relationship with children to alleviate their anxiety.
