研究目的：

基于GEO数据库的芯片数据筛选双相情感障碍差异基因，构建XGBoost诊断预测模型，并通过临床样本PCR验证其诊断价值，为双相情感障碍的分子诊断提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the microarray data of GEO database, the differential genes of bipolar disorder were screened, and the XGBoost diagnostic prediction model was constructed. The diagnostic value of XGBoost was verified by PCR of clinical samples, which provides new ideas and methods for the molecular diagnosis of bipolar disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合DSM-Ⅴ双相情感障碍的诊断标准；2、年龄18~70岁（包括边界值），性别不限；3、受试者或其监护人签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1、 Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅴ bipolar disorder;
2、 Age 18-70 years old (including boundary values), gender is not limited;
3、The subject or his guardian signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、过敏体质或已知对碳酸锂、丙戊酸过敏者；2、既往使用碳酸锂治疗无效者或至少经2种不同类型情绪稳定剂治疗无效者；3、有严重自伤、明显自杀企图或行为者； 4、妊娠或哺乳期女性，近期有计划妊娠及使用避孕药者；5、符合DSM-Ⅴ诊断除双相情感障碍之外的任何疾病；6、筛选前6个月内符合DSM-Ⅴ诊断标准的物质相关或酒精使用障碍（尼古丁或咖啡因除外）者；7、继发于其它精神疾病或躯体疾病的双相情感障碍发作者；8、有癫痫发作病史者（小儿高热惊厥引起的抽搐除外）；9、在筛选前3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1、Allergic constitution or known to lithium carbonate, valproic acid allergy;
2、Those who have failed to respond to previous treatment with lithium carbonate or at least 2 different types of mood stabilizers;
3、 serious self-injury, obvious suicide attempt or behavior;
4、 Pregnant or lactating women, recently planned pregnancy and use of contraceptives;
5、A DSM-V diagnosis of any disorder other than bipolar disorder;
6、 Substance related or alcohol use disorders (except nicotine or caffeine) that met DSM-V diagnostic criteria within 6 months before screening;
7、bipolar disorder secondary to other mental or physical disorders;
8、 Patients with a history of seizures (except convulsions caused by febrile convulsions in children);
9、Participants who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening;
