研究目的：

1.调查明确拟行基本外科手术患者的急诊-麻醉-ICU交接流程必要信息； 2.组建专家组编写北京协和医院急诊手术分级制度及多学科管理全流程管理模式； 3.实施急诊-麻醉标准化交接流程并评估该流程的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate and clarify the necessary information of the handover process among emergency department - anesthesia - ICU for patients scheduled to undergo emergency operations of general surgery. 2. To form an expert group to compile the classification system of emergency surgery and the whole-process management model of multi-disciplinary management in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. 3. To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the multi-disciplinary management process.

纳入标准：

1.拟行基本外科急诊手术的患者；
2.患者术前因病情较危重，已收入抢救室、急诊留观或其他病房治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who requires emergency operation of general surgery;
2.Due to the relatively critical condition of the patient, he/she had been admitted to the emergency room, observation area or other wards before the surgery;
