研究目的：

（1）建立角膜神经参数在正常人群中的参考图像特征； （2）在糖尿病及糖尿病前期人群中评价角膜共焦显微镜对早期DPN的诊断价值并进行验证； （3）建立基于CCM图像的DPN人工智能辅助诊断体系。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To establish the reference image characteristics of corneal nerve parameters in a normal population; (2) To evaluate the diagnostic value of corneal confocal microscopy for early DPN in diabetic and pre-diabetic populations and validate it; (3) To establish an artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis system for DPN based on CCM images.

纳入标准：

健康人群的纳入标准： 1.自愿签署知情同意书的受试者； 2.年龄18-80岁； 糖尿病人群的纳入标准： 1.年龄18-80岁； 2.糖尿病诊断和分型参照世界卫生组织糖尿病诊断标准（2019年版）； 3.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations: 1. Subjects who voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-80 years old; Inclusion Criteria for the Diabetic Population: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. The diagnosis and classification of diabetes mellitus refer to the World Health Organization Diagnostic Criteria for Diabetes (2019 Edition); 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

健康人群的排除标准： 1.糖耐量异常，空腹血糖受损，及已确诊任何类型的糖尿病者； 2.NDS评分>=3分； 3.中枢神经系统疾病、慢性酒精中毒、肿瘤、感染性疾病、结缔组织病、营养不良、叶酸或维生素B12缺乏等导致的神经病变； 4.慢性肝脏疾病（AST/ALT>=2倍正常值上限）； 5.慢性肾脏疾病（eGFR<=60ml/min.m^2）； 6.活动性眼病、中重度干眼、眼部手术史、青光眼、角膜病史、全身性疾病累及角膜、角膜接触镜长期佩戴史； 7.不能固视，不能配合或不能耐受CCM检查者。 糖尿病人群的排除标准： 1.糖尿病急性并发症及急性应激状态； 2.糖尿病足或合并溃疡不愈合； 3.中枢神经系统疾病、慢性酒精中毒、肿瘤、感染性疾病、结缔组织病、营养不良、叶酸或维生素B12缺乏等导致的神经病变； 4.慢性肝脏疾病（AST/ALT>=2倍正常值上限）； 5.慢性肾脏疾病（eGFR<=60ml/min.m^2）； 6.活动性眼病、中重度干眼、眼部手术史、青光眼、角膜病史、全身性疾病累及角膜、角膜接触镜长期佩戴史； 7.不能固视，不能配合或不能耐受CCM检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations: 1. Patients with impaired glucose tolerance, impaired fasting blood glucose, and those who have been diagnosed with any type of diabetes; 2. NDS score>=3 points; 3. Neuropathy caused by central nervous system diseases, chronic alcoholism, tumors, infectious diseases, connective tissue diseases, malnutrition, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.; 4. Chronic liver disease (AST/ALT>=2 times the upper limit of normal); 5. Chronic kidney disease (eGFR<=60ml/min.m^2); 6. Active eye disease, moderate to severe dry eye, history of ocular surgery, glaucoma, history of cornea, systemic disease involving the cornea, history of long-term wearing of contact lenses; 7. Those who cannot fix, cooperate or tolerate CCM examination. Exclusion Criteria for Diabetic Population: 1. Acute complications of diabetes mellitus and acute stress state; 2. Diabetic foot or combined ulcer does not heal; 3. Neuropathy caused by central nervous system diseases, chronic alcoholism, tumors, infectious diseases, connective tissue diseases, malnutrition, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.; 4. Chronic liver disease (AST/ALT>=2 times the upper limit of normal); 5. Chronic kidney disease (eGFR<=60ml/min.m^2); 6. Active eye disease, moderate to severe dry eye, history of ocular surgery, glaucoma, history of cornea, systemic disease involving the cornea, history of long-term wearing of contact lenses; 7. Those who cannot fix, cooperate or tolerate CCM examination.
