研究目的：

探究运动对健康人肠道菌群的影响，拟为进一步的动物实验提供运动人群的粪便样本。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of exercise on the gut flora of healthy individuals, with the intention of providing faecal samples from exercising populations for further animal experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

运动组入选标准： 1、自愿签署知情同意书； 2、年龄18-30岁； 3、男女不限； 4、BMI 18.5-24 kg/m2； 5、既往3个月每周中强度至高强度运动（即运动时平均心率不低于（220-年龄）乘以0.6次/分）次数不少于3次，运动总时长不少于150分钟； 久坐组入选标准： 1、自愿签署知情同意书； 2、年龄18-30岁； 3、男女不限； 4、BMI 18.5-24 kg/m2 5、既往3个月长期久坐，无任何运动习惯；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the exercise group: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2. Age 18-30 years old; 3. Male or female; 4. BMI 18.5-24 kg/m^2; 5. No less than 3 times per week of moderate-intensity to high-intensity exercise (i.e., the average heart rate of exercise is not less than (220-age) multiplied by 0.6 beats/min) in the preceding 3 months, with a total duration of exercise of no less than 150 minutes; Inclusion criteria for sedentary group: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2. Age 18-30 years old; 3. Male or female; 4. BMI 18.5-24 kg/m^2; 5. Long-term sedentary behavior in the previous 3 months without any exercise habit.

排除标准：

1、3个月内曾服用激素者；
2、1个月内曾口服抗生素者；
3、1个月内服用过可能干扰糖脂代谢的药物（如胰岛素、格列本脲、吲哚美辛、酚妥拉明、呋塞米、苯妥英钠等）及服用过益生菌及中草药等影响肠道菌群的药物；
4、大量饮酒（男性每天摄入酒精超过30g，女性每天摄入酒精超过20g）超过6个月；
5、合并急慢性肝炎、肝硬化者；
6、合并肠道慢性炎症性疾病、急性感染；
7、合并恶性肿瘤或其他严重疾病者；
8、正在减重者；
9、孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
10、心、肾功能不全者；
11、精神障碍者；
12、经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have taken hormones within 3 months;
2. Those who have taken oral antibiotics within 1 month;
3. Have taken drugs that may interfere with glucose and lipid metabolism (e.g. insulin, glibenclamide, indomethacin, phentolamine, furosemide, phenytoin sodium, etc.) and drugs that affect intestinal flora, such as probiotics and Chinese herbs, in the past 1 month;
4. Heavy alcohol consumption (more than 30g of alcohol per day for men and more than 20g of alcohol per day for women) for more than 6 months;
5. Combined acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis;
6. Combined chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract, acute infections;
7. Combined malignant tumors or other serious diseases;
8. Those who are losing weight;
9. Pregnant and lactating women;
10. Cardiac and renal insufficiency;
11. Persons with mental disorders;
12. In the judgment of the investigator, participation in this study is deemed unsuitable.
