研究目的：

构建剖宫产产妇术前焦虑的预测模型及剖宫产产妇术前焦虑预测模型的信效度分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a prediction model for preoperative anxiety in women undergoing cesarean section and a prediction model for preoperative anxiety in women undergoing cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行椎管内麻醉下行子宫下段剖宫产术的产妇；(2)年龄≥18岁；(3)孕周≥37周；（4）ASA：I-III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Parturients who are planning to undergo cesarean section under spinal anesthesia; 2.Aged >= 18 years; 3.Gestational age >= 37 weeks; 4.ASA physical status: I-III.

排除标准：

1.急诊手术；2.患有精神系统疾病及长期服用精神类药物史；3.认知功能障碍者；4.近一周使用过其他镇静药物；5.近3个月内作为受试者参加过药物临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. Suffering from mental illness and long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Cognitive dysfunction; 4. Use of other sedative drugs in the past week; 5. Participation in drug clinical trials as a subject in the past 3 months.
