探讨新生儿术中含糖液的输注对血糖代谢的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to identify an appropriate intraperative fluid regimen in neonates which could avoid lipolysis and hypoglycaemia and maintain electrolyte hemeostasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

在新生儿外科接受择期手术的患儿，母孕周数>36周，出生体重>2500g，手术时长大于2小时（如食道闭锁，肠梗阻等），自愿参加并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

elective neonatal surgery; gestational age larger than 36 weeks; gestational weight larger than 2500g; duration of surgery longer than 2 hours; informed consent was signed

排除标准：

严重先天性疾病、代谢性疾病及内分泌疾病、入室血糖异常

Exclusion criteria：

severe congenital diseases; inherited metabolic diseases; pathoglycemia before surgery;
