研究目的：

本研究探讨应用MR技术为LDH恐动症患者制定疼痛数字化训练干预措施的临床应用研究，从患者的疼痛程度、主观症状、临床体征、恐动症、治疗依从性等多维度进行效果评价，旨在降低患者恐动症水平，缓解恐惧、回避心理，促进疼痛自我管理和治疗依从性，改善患者的康复结局。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the clinical application research of applying MR technology to develop pain digital training interventions for patients with LDH agoraphobia, and evaluates the effects from multiple dimensions such as patients’ pain level, subjective symptoms, clinical signs, agoraphobia, and treatment compliance, aiming to reduce the level of patients’ agoraphobia, alleviate their fear and avoidance, promote pain self-management and treatment compliance, and improve patients’ recovery outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经CT或MRI检查符合2020版《腰椎间盘突出症诊疗中国疼痛专家共识》诊断标准，并首次接受行脊柱内镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术； 3.术后恐动症评分(Tampa scaleof Kinesiophobia，TSK) >37分； 4.术后各项生命体征平稳，意识清楚。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. Applicants should meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 version of the "Chinese Pain Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation" by CT or MRI, and undergo spinal endoscopic lumbar disc herniation nucleus pulposus extraction for the first time; 3. Tampa scale of kinesiophobia (TSK) >37 points; 4. The postoperative vital signs are stable and the consciousness is clear.

排除标准：

1.伴其他多发骨折、肿瘤、结核等疾病； 2.并存严重心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病； 3.患有精神疾病及严重认知障碍； 4.术后出现静脉血栓、术区切口感染、脑脊液漏等严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by other multiple fractures, tumors, tuberculosis and other diseases; 2. Coexisting with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. Suffering from mental illness and severe cognitive impairment; 4. Postoperative venous thrombosis, incision infection in the surgical area, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and other serious complications.
