研究目的:

本研究的主要目的是建立一个机器学习模型,利用围手术期EEG信号特征来预测老年髋部骨折手术患者在此期间是否会发展为术后谵妄。具体研究目标为: 1) 收集老年髋部骨折手术患者围手术期EEG信号数据; 2) 开发并训练机器学习模型,利用EEG信号特征来预测术后谵妄的风险; 3) 评估模型的性能,包括准确性、灵敏性、特异性等; 4) 探讨EEG信号特征与术后谵妄的生物学关联。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose of this study is to establish a machine learning model to predict whether elderly patients with hip fracture surgery will develop postoperative delirium during this period using perioperative EEG signal characteristics. Specific research objectives are: 1) Collecting perioperative EEG signal data of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery; 2) Developing and training machine learning models to use EEG signal features to predict the risk of postoperative delirium; 3) Evaluating the performance of the model, including accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, etc; 4) exploring the biological association between the characteristics of EEG signal and postoperative delirium.

纳入标准:

年龄≥60岁,拟在全身麻醉下接受髋骨骨折手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients >= 60 years of age who are scheduled to undergo hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia.

排除标准:

患者及家属拒绝参加研究;严重痴呆、语言障碍、听力或视觉严重受损、昏迷、终末期疾病等情况无法完成部分术前评估内容;无法完成认知功能评估(定义为:术前简易精神状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分文盲低于16分,小学(教育年限≤6年)低于21分,中学或以上(教育年限>6年)低于25分的患者);急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; Severe dementia, speech impairment, severe hearing or vision impairment, coma, end-stage disease and other conditions could not complete part of the preoperative evaluation content; inability to complete a cognitive function assessment (defined as: preoperative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score illiteracy below 16, primary school (education <= 6 years) patients with less than 21 points, secondary school or above (Education> 6 years) less than 25 points); Emergency surgery.
