通过队列研究和文献回顾，旨在筛选出与儿童和青少年期抑郁症患者转变为双相情感障碍相关的犬尿氨酸代谢产物因素，并建立相关的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a cohort study and literature review, this research aims to identify kynurenine metabolism-related factors associated with the transition from depression to bipolar disorder in children and adolescents, and to develop a predictive model.

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5抑郁症的诊断标准；
2.汉密尔顿抑郁量表-l7项总分≥8分；
3.年龄6～18岁；
4.患者及监护人自愿参与研究，并签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression according to DSM-5; 2.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17 total score >= 8; 3.Aged 6 to 18 years; 4.The patient and their guardian voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.可能影响中枢神经系统和免疫功能的重大内科疾病或药物使用；
2.过去6个月内的物质依赖或目前的物质滥用（尼古丁除外）；
3.既往或目前共病其他精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Major medical conditions or medication use that may affect the central nervous system and immune function;
2.Substance dependence within the past 6 months or current substance abuse (excluding nicotine);
3.A history of or current comorbid psychiatric disorders.
