研究目的：

本文在前人研究的基础上，采用定性比较分析的方法证明上尿路损害的发生是多种风险因素共同作用的结果，且推导出男性创伤性骶上型脊髓损伤患者上尿路功能损害发生的多条“等效因果链”，并对核心风险因素进行干预，有效预防该类患者上尿路功能损害的发生，为临床诊疗工作提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous studies, this paper adopts the method of qualitative comparative analysis to prove that the occurrence of upper urinary tract damage is the result of the joint action of multiple risk factors, and deduces the multiple "equivalent causal chains" of the occurrence of upper urinary tract damage in male traumatic suprasacral spinal cord injury patients, and intervenes in the core risk factors to effectively prevent the occurrence of upper urinary tract damage in these patients, providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The results of this study indicate that there are several "equivalent causal chains" in male patients with traumatic suprasacral spinal cord injury, and the intervention of core risk factors can effectively prevent the occurrence of this type of patients' upper urinary tract function damage, which can provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）创伤所致的骶上型脊髓损伤；（2）年龄18-70 岁的男性患者；（3）损伤后出现下尿路功能障碍；（4）具备完整的临床信息和检查资料（如尿常规、血生化、尿动力学、排尿性膀胱尿道造影、腰骶部平片等）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) trauma-induced suprasacral spinal cord injury; (2) male patients aged 18-70 years; (3) lower urinary tract dysfunction after the injury; (4) complete clinical information and examination data (e.g., routine urinalysis, blood biochemistry, urodynamics, voiding cystourethrocystography, and lumbosacral plain radiographs) were available.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）脊髓休克期；（2）认知障碍或者并发重要脏器损伤；（3）伴有其他影响膀胱和肾脏功能的疾病，如后尿道瓣膜、尿道狭窄、肾炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) spinal shock stage; (2) cognitive impairment or concomitant important organ injury; (3) accompanied by other diseases affecting bladder and kidney function, such as posterior urethral valve, urethral stenosis, nephritis.
