研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照的方法，以术后入ICU氧合指数为主要结局指标，旨在评估驱动压导向的通气策略对体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者肺功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study used a randomized controlled method, with postoperative ICU oxygenation index as the main outcome index, to evaluate the effect of driving pressure oriented ventilation strategy on pulmonary function in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting with cardiopulmonary bypass.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄45-70 岁; 2.ASA分级II～III 级; 3.术前肺功能检查正常; 4.首次接受体外循环冠脉搭桥术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 45-70 years old; 2. ASA grade II~III; 3. Normal preoperative pulmonary function test; 4. Undergo cardiopulmonary bypass grafting for the first time.

排除标准：

1.术前患者伴有哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病； 2.患有肺结核、肺部感染； 3.出现心力衰竭,左心室射血分数不足40%； 4.合并其它较严重的疾病,伴有手术禁忌证,不宜手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Suffering from tuberculosis and lung infection; 3. Heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%; 4. Patients with other serious diseases, accompanied by contraindications to surgery, and not suitable for surgery.
