本项目旨在利用计算机断层扫描(CT)的高维图像分析,即放射组学来优化影像组学预后预测模型并对模型进行验证,并结合多组学方法,深入探索特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的预后及病理生理学特征预测。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to optimize and validate the radiomics prognostic prediction model by using computed tomography (CT) high-dimensional image analysis, i.e., radiomics, and combine multi-omics methods to deeply explore the prognosis and pathophysiological characteristics prediction of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

纳入标准:

符合美国胸科学会(ATS)和欧洲呼吸学会(ERS)的 IPF 诊断标准,具备随访和影像数据、病理组织数据的可获取性,签署知情同意书的患者为研究对象。

Inclusion criteria

Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) established by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS), with accessible follow-up imaging and pathological tissue data, and who have signed informed consent, will be included as study subjects.

排除标准:

既往有严重肺部合并症(如肺癌、严重支气管扩张)、其他系统性疾病(如恶性肿瘤、重度心脏病等),无法配合或失访的随访者。

Exclusion criteria:

History of severe pulmonary comorbidities (e.g., lung cancer, severe bronchiectasis), other systemic diseases (e.g., malignancies, advanced cardiac disease), or inability to comply with follow-up requirements.
