研究目的：

本研究核心内容为探讨急性白血病患者免疫营养干预提高细胞免疫状态，发挥抗炎、抗凋亡、抗氧化，维持肠道黏膜完整性，减少肠道菌群易位，预防急性白血病患者 MBI-LCBIs 的作用效果，并分析其经济效益，以期为急性白血病患者的营养管理提供新证据。 项目重点研究开发急性白血病患者免疫营养干预方案，及肠道黏膜屏障功能的检测指标及 MBI-LCBIs 观察和判断，以期推广免疫营养干预方案在急性白血病人群中的应用及 MBI-LCBIs 的防控策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The core content of this study is to explore the effects of immunonutritional intervention in patients with acute leukemia. Specifically, it aims to enhance the cellular immune status, exert anti - inflammatory, anti - apoptotic, and antioxidant effects, maintain the integrity of the intestinal mucosa, reduce the translocation of intestinal flora, and prevent Mucosal Barrier Injury - related Bloodstream Infections (MBI - LCBIs) in these patients. Additionally, the economic benefits will be analyzed, with the hope of providing new evidence for the nutritional management of patients with acute leukemia. The key focus of this project is to develop an immunonutritional intervention plan for patients with acute leukemia, as well as to identify detection indicators for intestinal mucosal barrier function and methods for observing and judging MBI - LCBIs. The ultimate goal is to promote the application of the immunonutritional intervention plan among the acute leukemia population and the prevention and control strategies for MBI - LCBIs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合急性髓系白血病诊断标准； 2.年龄18~60岁； 3.无肝、肾和消化系统疾病及其它肿瘤诊断，无免疫缺陷及传染性疾病； 4.入院前30d内未使用抗生素或免疫生态调节剂； 5.Barthel指数活动能力评分≥60分，体质指数（BMI）在18.5kg/m^2~28kg/m^2范围内； 6.经中央导管输注化疗药物；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute myeloid leukemia (AML); 2. Age from18 to 60 years old; 3. Absence of hepatic, renal, and digestive system diseases, other tumor diagnoses, immunodeficiency, and infectious diseases; 4. No use of antibiotics or immunoecological modulators within 30 days prior to hospitalization; 5. Barthel Index score for activity ability >=60 points, with body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 kg/m2 to 28 kg/m2; 6. Central venous catheter administration of chemotherapeutic agents.

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 2.入院前已存在感染（细菌、真菌或病毒）或发热； 3.有胃肠道内源性疾病，包括但不限于克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、乳糜泻和短肠综合征； 4.任何已知的伴有狭窄、恶性肿瘤和局部缺血的胃肠道疾病； 5.患有任何可能干扰研究程序或结果的精神状况或疾病； 6.病历记录不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Pre-existing infection (bacterial, fungal, or viral) or fever prior to hospitalization; 3. Primary gastrointestinal diseases including but not limited to Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, and short bowel syndrome; 4. Any documented gastrointestinal disorders associated with strictures, malignancies, and regional ischemia; 5. Psychiatric conditions or disorders that may interfere with study procedures or outcomes; 6. Incomplete medical records.
