收集我科结直肠癌样本，探索结直肠癌组织样本中免疫细胞浸润以及细胞互作  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring immune cell infiltration and cell interactions in colorectal cancer tissue samples

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有明确病理诊断报告的结直肠癌患者，病理报告由宁波市临床病理中心出具; 2.患者行结直肠癌根治性手术治疗； 3.术前未于我院或外院行任何放化疗及其他辅助性治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Colorectal cancer patients with a clear pathological diagnosis report, the pathology report is issued by Ningbo Clinical Pathology Center; 2. The patient underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer; 3. No chemoradiotherapy and other adjuvant treatments have been performed in our hospital or other hospitals before surgery.

排除标准：

1.入院前已诊断为结直肠癌患者并经相关治疗的患者； 2.诊断为非原发性结直肠癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer before admission and have undergone relevant treatment; 2. Patients diagnosed with non-primary colorectal cancer.
