研究目的:

(1)开发基于机器学习算法和生态瞬时评估的的个性化兴趣-神经行为匹配模型,筛选青少年兴趣爱好,组织专家论证,制定契合中学校园环境,被学生广泛喜爱和接受,非心理专业人士可组织实施的青少年心理健康问题兴趣赋能干预措施及方案; (2)开展嵌入式课堂的分层、集群随机对照试验,评估针对青少年兴趣爱好的心理健康问题学校干预项目的可行性,解析干预措施对青少年心理健康问题默认模式网络-突显网络(DMN-SN)动态耦合的中介效应,验证学校环境中兴趣赋能干预在青少年心理健康问题方面的预防效果和作用机制; (3)定期跟踪随访,观察兴趣赋能干预措施对青少年心理健康问题的中、长期影响,以及干预受学校生态因素和学生个体行为的调控和影响机制,结合我国中学学校环境和学生特点,建立成本-驱动的多模态评估框架,构建青少年心理健康问题学校干预效果的多层次政策转化路径和可持续管理策略。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Develop a personalized interest-neurobehavior matching model based on machine learning algorithms and ecological transient assessment, screen adolescents' interests, organize expert validation, and formulate interest-empowering interventions and programs for adolescents' mental health problems that fit the secondary school environment, are widely accepted and enjoyed by students, and are accessible to non-psychological professionals; (2) Conduct a stratified, cluster randomized controlled trial embedded in a classroom to assess the feasibility of a school-based intervention program for adolescent mental health problems targeting adolescent interests, analyze the mediating effect of the intervention on the dynamic coupling of the Default Mode Network-Signature Network (DMN-SN) for adolescent mental health problems, and validate the preventive effect and the role of interest empowerment interventions for adolescent mental health problems in the school setting. Mechanism; (3) Regular tracking and follow-up visits were conducted to observe the medium- and long-term effects of interest-enabling interventions on adolescent mental health problems, as well as the mechanisms by which interventions are regulated and influenced by school ecological factors and students' individual behaviors, and to establish a cost-driven multimodal assessment framework by combining the characteristics of China's secondary school environments and students, and to construct a multilevel policy transformation pathway for the effects of school interventions on adolescent mental health problems and a sustainable The study will establish a cost-driven multimodal assessment framework and construct a multilevel policy transformation path and sustainable management strategy for the effects of school interventions on adolescent mental health problems.

纳入标准:

建省一所一贯制中学(包含初中和高中两个阶段)的一年级所有学生中开展干预试验,使用随机数字法以班级为单位进行分层、整群随机分组,按学习阶段分为初中一年级和高中一年级2层,每层分别设干预组和对照组。项目不设排除标准,所有本人及其家长(监护人)签署知情同意书的学生均纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

An intervention trial was conducted among all first-grade students in a consistent middle school (comprising both middle school and high school levels) in Fujian Province, using the random number method for stratified, whole-cluster randomization grouping by class, divided into 2 tiers of middle school year 1 and high school year 1 according to learning stage, with an intervention group and a control group in each tier, respectively. There were no exclusion criteria for the project, and all students who signed the informed consent form by themselves and their parents (guardians) were included in the study.

The project followed the principle of parallel, stratified, cluster randomized controlled trial design. In order to control the influence of possible confounding factors in different regions, schools, grades, and environments to the greatest extent possible, the project was to carry out an intervention trial in a consistent middle school in Fujian Province (which included both junior high school and senior high school) among all first-grade students, and to carry out a stratified cluster randomized trial using the random number method in a classroom setting.
