研究目的：

本项目旨在深入理解脂肪肉瘤的发病机制，并探索可能的治疗新靶点，为开发有效的脂肪肉瘤治疗策略提供科学依据。具体通过综合分析巨噬细胞表型、mTOR信号通路与脂滴动态变化的关系，为脂肪肉瘤治疗提供新靶点和策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to deeply understand the pathogenesis of liposarcoma and explore possible new therapeutic targets, providing scientific basis for the development of effective liposarcoma treatment strategies. Specifically, by comprehensively analyzing the relationship between macrophage phenotype, mTOR signaling pathway and dynamic changes in lipid droplets, we provide new targets and strategies for liposarcoma treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊病例：经病理学确诊为脂肪肉瘤患者或脂肪肉瘤细胞系。
2.组织样本充足：具备足够的脂肪肉瘤组织或细胞量，能够满足实验分析需求。
3.临床资料完整：细胞系来源信息完整，组织样本提供完整的临床信息，包括年龄、性别、病程、治疗方案等。
4.未接受相关干预：采集样本前未接受可能影响实验结果的抗肿瘤治疗（如放疗或化疗），细胞系无污染。
5.知情同意：提供组织样本的受试者自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Confirmed cases: patients with a pathologically confirmed diagnosis of liposarcoma or a liposarcoma cell line.
2.Adequate tissue samples: have sufficient amount of liposarcoma tissue or cells to be able to meet the needs of the experimental analysis.
3.Complete clinical information: cell line source information is complete, and tissue samples provide complete clinical information, including age, gender, disease duration, and treatment regimen.
4.No relevant interventions: no antitumor treatment (e.g., radiotherapy or chemotherapy) that might affect the experimental results prior to sample collection, and no contamination of the cell line.
5.Informed consent: subjects providing tissue samples volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.其他疾病干扰：合并其他类型恶性肿瘤或严重慢性疾病（如严重感染、自身免疫疾病等）。
2.组织样本或细胞系质量低：样本量不足或质量不达标，无法用于实验检测。
3.近期干预：样本采集前6个月内接受过放疗、化疗或其他靶向治疗。
4.药物干扰：近期使用可能影响巨噬细胞功能或mTOR信号通路的药物（如免疫抑制剂）。
5.特殊条件：妊娠期或哺乳期患者，或存在精神疾病无法配合实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other disease interference: comorbidities with other types of malignant tumors or severe chronic diseases (e.g., severe infections, autoimmune diseases, etc.).
2.Low quality of tissue samples or cell lines: insufficient sample volume or substandard quality for experimental testing.
3.Recent intervention: radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other targeted therapy within 6 months prior to sample collection.
4.Drug interference: recent use of drugs (e.g., immunosuppressants) that may affect macrophage function or the mTOR signaling pathway.
5.Special conditions: pregnant or breastfeeding patients, or those with mental illnesses that prevent them from cooperating with the experiment.
