研究目的：

探究中重度溃疡性结肠炎患者行手术治疗的危险因素，重点观察EB病毒感染对溃疡性结肠炎患者手术风险的影响，并尝试构建中重度溃疡性结肠炎患者手术的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors of surgical treatment in patients with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis (UC), focus on observing the influence of Epstein-Barr virus infection on the surgical risk, and try to develop a surgical risk prediction model for patients with moderate-to-severe UC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2012 年 9 月 1 日至 2023 年 5 月 31 日仁济医院确诊为中重度溃疡性结肠炎且有我院肠镜活检或者手术病理报告的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inpatients who were diagnosed with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis and had colonoscopy biopsy or surgical pathology report in Renji Hospital from September 1, 2012 to May 31, 2023.

排除标准：

病理诊断不明确或排除UC的患者；因癌变或腺瘤行手术治疗的UC患者；因个人原因拒绝药物挽救治疗的患者；临床资料记录不详或者有缺失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with unclear pathological diagnosis or exclusion of UC; UC patients undergoing surgery for cancer or adenoma; Patients who refuse medical salvage treatment for personal reasons; The clinical data record is unknown or missing patient.
