研究目的：

1.主要目的：明确昼夜节律异常的患者eGFR以及蛋白尿的影响； 2.次要目的：明确昼夜节律异常对于心脏结构，颈动脉内膜以及斑块的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To clarify the impact of eGFR and proteinuria in patients with abnormal circadian rhythms; 2. Secondary objective: To clarify the impact of abnormal circadian rhythms on cardiac structure carotid intima and plaques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2010.1-2022.1入仁济医院体检患者； 2.有完整的肾功能，颈动脉彩超，心脏彩超； 3.年龄≥18周岁； 4.基本资料，检验等资料完整； 5.在仁济医院至少有2次及以上的体检记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. 2010.1-2022.1 Medical examination patients admitted to Renji Hospital; 2. Have complete renal function carotid artery ultrasound and cardiac ultrasound; 3. Aged >= 18 years old; 4. Basic information inspection and other information are complete; 5. At least 2 or more physical examination records at Renji Hospital.

排除标准：

1.在仁济医院只有一次体检记录； 2.研究者判断受试者的情况不适合参加本项研究； 3.体检资料不完整，没有肾功能或者心脏彩超，颈动脉彩超。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is only one medical examination record at Renji Hospital; 2. The researcher judged that the condition of the subjects was not suitable for participation in this study; 3. Incomplete physical examination data no renal function or cardiac ultrasound carotid ultrasound.
