研究目的：

基于多模态数据，结合传统统计学方法与机器学习算法，识别CPB心脏术后并发症的关键风险因素，构建精准风险预测模型，提升术后风险评估准确性，推动个体化诊疗管理水平的提升。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify key risk factors for complications following CPB cardiac surgery by integrating multimodal data with traditional statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, and to develop an accurate risk prediction model for improving postoperative risk assessment and advancing personalized clinical management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、2016年1月-2024年10月我院CPB心脏手术患者； 2、年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with CPB cardiac surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2024; 2. Age>=18 years old.

排除标准：

1、数据缺失或不全的患者； 2、合并严重基础疾病（血液病、恶性肿瘤、终末期肝肾病）的患者； 3、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 4、接受其他重大手术干预的患者； 5.无法评估术后并发症及结局的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with missing or incomplete data; 2. Patients with serious underlying diseases (hematological diseases, malignant tumors, end-stage liver and kidney diseases); 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients undergoing other major surgical interventions; 5. Patients who could not assess postoperative complications and outcomes.
