研究目的：

明确“睡眠-觉醒”节律偏移介导的睡眠障碍对类淋巴系统的影响，优化类淋巴系统功能易损人群围术期诊疗方案。 阐明颈部淋巴结切除对类淋巴系统的影响，明确颈部淋巴结是否为类淋巴系统的下游引流通路。 探讨患者认知水平与类淋巴系统的关系，为基于增强类淋巴系统功能改善患者认知功能的临床干预措施提供高质量证据。 分析术后谵妄（POD）和术后认知功能障碍（POCD）病理过程中类淋巴系统的影像学变化，为POD和POCD早期诊断提供无创性、客观性的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the impact of sleep disorders mediated by "sleep-wake" rhythm deviation on lymphoid system, and to optimize the perioperative diagnosis and treatment plan for people with vulnerable lymphoid system function. To elucidate the effect of cervical lymphadenectomy on the lymphoid system, and to determine whether the cervical lymph nodes are the downstream drainage pathway of the lymphoid system. To explore the relationship between patients' cognitive level and lymphoid system, and to provide high-quality evidence for clinical interventions to improve patients' cognitive function based on enhancing lymphoid system function. To analyze the imaging changes of lymphoid system in the pathological process of postoperative delirium (POD) and postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), so as to provide a new non-invasive and objective method for the early diagnosis of POD and POCD.

纳入标准：

1、全院择期行颈部手术的患者 2、ASA分级为I~III级 3、预计生存期>=12个月 4、通过伦理评议且签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for neck surgery in the whole hospital 2. ASA classification of I to III 3. Expected survival time >= 12 months 4. Approved by the ethics committee and signed informed consent

排除标准：

1、急诊手术病人 2、患者有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全 3、术前有精神疾病 4、患者有严重视听功能障碍或交流困难 5、患者不能在术后1至12月完成认知功能测定 6、3个月内参加过其他相关临床研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery patients 2. The patient has severe cardiac, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency 3. Mental illness before surgery 4. The patient has severe audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties 5. Patients cannot complete the cognitive function measurement from 1 to 12 months after surgery Patients who have participated in other related clinical studies within 6 or 3 months

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确，清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
