研究目的：

1.了解早期宫颈癌患者膀胱宫颈韧带前叶的转移率； 2.了解膀胱宫颈韧带前叶中神经、淋巴管分布及其分布特点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the metastasis rate of the anterior leaf of the vesciouterine ligament in patients with early-stage cervical cancer; 2. To evaluate the distribution and characteristics of the nerve and lymphatic vessels in the anterior leaf of the vesciouterine ligament.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1) 宫颈癌患者(IA2~IIA2)行腹式广泛子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术，术中完全游离输尿管远端，近膀胱壁切除双侧膀胱宫颈韧带前叶。 2) 将双侧膀胱宫颈韧带前叶单独送病理活检，了解早期宫颈癌膀胱宫颈韧带前叶的转移率。 3) 在送病理时将每侧膀胱宫颈韧带前叶人为分离为1/2段（近膀胱侧和近宫颈侧），或在膀胱宫颈韧带前叶近膀胱侧缝1针以作标记，进行苏木精、伊红（HE）染色，用施万细胞（S100）抗体、CD34、D2-40进行免疫组化，观察其内神经、淋巴管成分及分布情况。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1) Patients with early-stage cervical cancer(IA2~IIA2) underwent abdominal radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy,during which the distal ureter was completely dissociated and the anterior leaf of bilateral vesciouterine ligaments were removed near the bladder wall. 2) Bilateral vesciouterine ligament anterior leaves were separately sent for pathological biopsy to evaluate the metastasis rate of vesciouterine ligament anterior leaf in early-stage cervical cancer. 3) Each vesciouterine ligament anterior leaf will be sent for HE staining and immunohistochemistry, with schwann cells (S100) antibody, CD34, D2-40 to observe its composition and distribution of nerve and lymphatic vessels. 

纳入标准：

1) 患者术前宫颈病理活检为鳞状细胞癌、腺癌或子宫颈腺鳞癌。
2) 术前根据妇科检查及影像学检查，确定FIGO 分期为ⅠA2~ⅡA2 期（按 2018 年 FIGO 宫颈癌临床病理分期标准进行分期或修正分期）。
3) 行腹式广泛子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术。
4) 患者为初治。
5) 东部肿瘤合作组(ECOG)的一般状态得分为0或1(满分为5分，得分越高表示残疾程度越高)。
6) 患者的临床、手术、病理资料完整。
7) 签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Cervical squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous cell carcinoma were confirmed by histopathology; 2) FIGO 2018 stage is IA2~IIA2;
3) The patients have underwent or are gonging to undergo the abdominal radical with pelvic lymphadenectomy in our hospital;
4) The patient received treatment for the first time;
5) The general status score of the eastern tumor cooperative group (ECOG) was 0 or 1 (full score was 5, the higher the score was, the higher the degree of disability);
6) Complete clinical, surgical and pathological data of the patients;
7) Full consent obtained from the patients.

排除标准：

1) FIGO分期不符合要求的宫颈癌患者或无法按照2018年FIGO 分期标准修正分期的患者。
2) 腹部或盆腔放疗史。
3) 有正电子发射断层扫描、磁共振成像或计算机断层扫描转移性疾病的证据。
4) 手术医生评估患者不适宜接受腹式广泛子宫切除术或患者拒绝行腹式手术治疗。
5) 合并有其他恶性肿瘤。
6) 患者的临床、手术、病理资料缺失或部分缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Dont conform to stage FIGO 2018 IA2-IIA2 or unable to modify the staging according to the 2018 FIGO staging criteria.
2) History of abdominal or pelvic radiotherapy.
3) Evidence of metastatic disease showed by PET-CT, MRI, CT, et al.
4) The surgeon assesses that the patient is not suitable for abdominal extensive hysterectomy or the patient refuses abdominal surgical treatment.
5) With other malignancies.
6) Absence or partial absence of clinical, surgical and pathological data of the patients.
