研究目的：

通过阈值分析法识别间质性肺异常（ILA），探讨COPD患者中ILA与基本资料、肺功能及不良预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the relationship between interstitial lung abnormalities (ILA) and basic data, lung function and poor prognosis in COPD patients by using threshold analysis to identify ILA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 明确诊断的COPD患者； 2. 年龄≥20岁； 3. 2019年1月1日至2023年10月24日期间在门诊至少行一次胸部CT检查； 4. 2019年1月1日至2024年10月24日期间至少行一次肺功能检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with COPD with a clear diagnosis; 2. Age >= 20 years old; 3. At least one chest CT examination in the outpatient clinic from January 1, 2019 to October 24, 2023; 4. At least one pulmonary function test from January 1, 2019 to October 24, 2024.

排除标准：

①肺癌； ②结缔组织病； ③传染病，包括分枝杆菌病和曲霉病； ④心力衰竭； ⑤胸部CT可见中到大量胸水、气胸，大片实变占位 ； ⑥化疗； ⑦全身性糖皮质激素治疗； ⑧曾行胸外科手术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.. lung cancer; 2 connective tissue disease; 3 infectious diseases, including mycobacterial disease and aspergillosis; 4 heart failure; 5 Chest CT showed moderate to large pleural effusion, pneumothorax, and large consolidation masses; 6 chemotherapy; 7 systemic glucocorticoid therapy; 8 Thoracic surgery.
