研究目的：

本研究通过多中心分析2005-2022年中国16家医院收治的原发十二指肠癌（PDC）病例，旨在系统阐明其流行病学特征（如发病率趋势、危险因素）、临床诊疗现状（手术方式选择、化疗/靶向/免疫治疗应用）及预后影响因素（如肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、分子标志物CEA/CA19-9/HER2/PD-L1），以推动早期筛查、优化规范化治疗方案，并为个体化预后评估提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This multicenter study analyzes primary duodenal carcinoma (PDC) cases from 16 Chinese hospitals (2005-2022) to systematically characterize epidemiological trends (e.g., risk factors, incidence), current clinical management (surgical approaches, chemotherapy/targeted/immunotherapy utilization), and prognostic determinants (e.g., TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, molecular markers CEA/CA19-9/HER2/PD-L1), aiming to improve early diagnosis, standardize treatment strategies, and establish evidence-based frameworks for personalized prognosis evaluation.

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊：经组织病理学确认为十二指肠腺癌； 2.治疗要求：接受过外科手术治疗（包括R1/R2切除），且具备术后病理信息； 3.数据完整性：具有完整的随访信息； 4.人口学特征：不限年龄，性别。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically Confirmed: Histologically verified duodenal adenocarcinoma; 2.Surgical Intervention: Patients who underwent surgical resection (including R1/R2 resection) with postoperative pathological data; 3.Data Completeness: Availability of complete follow-up records; 4.Demographics: No restrictions on age, gender.

排除标准：

a.病理结果为非腺癌或者非十二指肠原发肿瘤； b.所接受的治疗为内镜下手术，如ESD、EMR等 c.姑息性手术，包括胃肠、胆肠吻合手术、介入或其它减症手术 d.随访资料缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1. The pathological result is non-adenocarcinoma or non-duodenal primary tumor; 2. The treatment received is endoscopic surgery, such as ESD, EMR, etc; 3. Palliative surgery, including gastrointestinal, biliary-intestinal anastomosis surgery, interventional or other attenuating surgery; 4. Follow-up data were missing.
