研究目的:

目标一:基于脑电图,收集被试在 HD-tACS 真刺激和假刺激下的多时间点的脑电图数据和疼痛程度评估数据,探索安静环境下 HD-tACS 镇痛情况,寻找有效镇痛的神经振荡频段,探索镇痛的神经生物学机制。 目标二:基于功能磁共振成像技术,收集被试在 HD-tACS 真刺激和假刺激下的多时间点的影像学数据和疼痛程度评估数据,探索磁共振环境下 HD-tACS 镇痛情况以及真假刺激影像数据改变情况,探索镇痛的神经影像学机制和神经生物学机制之间的联系。  

Objectives of Study:

Objective 1: Based on electroencephalography (EEG), collect multi-timepoint EEG data and pain intensity assessment data from participants under both real and sham HD-tACS conditions. Explore the analgesic effect of HD-tACS in a quiet environment, identify effective pain-relieving neural oscillation frequencies, and investigate the neurobiological mechanisms of analgesia. Objective 2: Based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), collect multi-timepoint imaging data and pain intensity assessment data from participants under both real and sham HD-tACS conditions. Investigate the analgesic effects of HD-tACS in an MRI environment and observe changes in imaging data under real vs. sham stimulation. Explore the relationship between neuroimaging mechanisms of analgesia and its neurobiological mechanisms.

纳入标准:

1.右利手。 2.18 - 30岁之间,男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right hand. 2. Between 18 - 30 years old, male or female.

排除标准:

1.患有任何身体疾病(如脑肿瘤、肝炎、癫痫等)的个体; 2.有慢性疼痛症状者(如紧张性头痛、纤维肌痛等); 3.患有神经系统疾病或精神障碍的个体; 4.怀孕者; 5.最近一个月内服用过处方药者; 6.有酗酒、吸毒行为者; 7.患有幽闭恐惧症者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Individuals with any physical illness (e.g., brain tumor, hepatitis, epilepsy, etc.); 2. Chronic pain symptoms (e.g., tension headache, fibromyalgia, etc.); 3. Neurological diseases or mental disorders; 4. Pregnant; 5. Individuals who have taken prescription drugs within the last month; 6.Individuals with alcohol or drug abuse; 7claustrophobia.
