研究目的：

比较新型内镜腹腔镜手术和传统腹腔镜手术在治疗超内镜治疗适应症胃癌中的临床疗效以及对患者术后生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy of novel endoscopic laparoscopic surgery and traditional laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastric cancer for beyond indication the treatment and the effect on the postoperative quality of life of patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18岁-85岁，性别不限； （2）术前胃镜、放大胃镜、超声胃镜、CT等检查临床诊断为超内镜治疗适应症的T1、T2期胃癌患者； （3）在我院行内镜治疗的胃癌患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-85 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Patients with T1 and T2 gastric cancer who are clinically diagnosed as indications for ultraendoscopic treatment by preoperative gastroscopy, magnifying gastroscopy, ultrasound gastroscopy, CT and other examinations; 3. Gastric cancer patients undergoing endoscopic or laparoscopic treatment in our hospital.

排除标准：

（1）术前行胸部CT、腹部CT等辅助检查有远处脏器转移病灶的患者，或合并其他恶性肿瘤的患者； （2）腔镜手术后病理评价为超T2期胃癌患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with metastatic lesions from distant organs such as chest CT and abdominal CT before surgery, or patients with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with ultra-T2 gastric cancer pathologically evaluated after laparoscopic surgery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF收集试验过程中产生的各种临床试验数据。通过陆军军医大学第一附属医院的电子病历系统、新内镜系统收集患者详细资料。通过EORTC QLQ-STO22问卷调查和量表测量进行术后生活质量评估。最终形成电子文档进行管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF collects data from various clinical trials generated during the course of the trial. Detailed patient information was collected through the electronic medical record system and the new endoscopic system of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Army Medical University. Postoperative quality of life assessment was assessed by EORTC QLQ-STO22 questionnaire and scale measurements. Finally, electronic documents are formed for management.
