研究目的：

1、对不同麻醉深度的患者分组(病人状态指数 25-39 组、病人状态指数 40-50 组)，进行术前 MMSE 评分和术后意识错乱评估表（CAM）评分，探究麻醉深度与患者认知功能水平的相关性。2、对不同认知水平的患者分组并采集血样，比较血常规中血清生物标志物如中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞 (N/L)比值、血清铁蛋白等水平，寻求预测 PND 发生的血清生物标记物。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Grouping patients with different anesthesia depths (patient state index 25-39 group, patient state index 40-50 group), preoperative MMSE score and postoperative confusion assessment table (CAM) score were performed to explore the correlation between anesthesia depth and patients' cognitive function level. 2. Grouping patients with different cognitive levels and collecting blood samples, comparing serum biomarkers such as neutrophil/lymphocyte (N/L) ratio and serum ferritin levels in blood routine, seeking to predict serum biomarkers for the occurrence of PND

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）拟于全身麻醉下接受择期胸腹部大手术，手术时间≥3 h； 2）年龄≥60岁，性别不限，BMI18-30 kg/m2， ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 3）术前7天内完成血清铁蛋白检查的患者； 4）术前经MMSE筛选，文盲（未受教育）患者≥17分、小学（受教育年限≤6年）患者≥20分、中学或以上（受教育年限＞6年）患者≥24分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) To undergo elective major thoracic and abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, operation time >= 3 hours; (2) Age >= 60 years old, gender unlimited, BMI18-30 kg/m2, ASA grade II-III; (3) Patients who completed serum ferritin examination within 7 days before surgery; (4) Preoperative MMSE screening showed that illiterate (uneducated) patients >= 17 points, primary school patients >= 20 points (years of education <= 6 years), secondary school patients or above (years of education > 6 years) >= 24 points

排除标准：

1）视力、听力或运动功能（如偏瘫）的明显损伤，不能良好地交流、不能明确表达自己意思或不配合研究； 2）既往患有明确的神经系统疾病、精神病病史或人格存在异常，如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病综合征、多发性硬化症、精神分裂症、抑郁症等； 3）1年内有严重创伤或重大手术史、感染史； 4）严重身体疾病和药物依赖、酗酒史； 5）有重要器官功能障碍史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with significant impairment of vision, hearing, or motor functions (such as hemiplegia), inability to communicate well, inability to express themselves clearly, or failure to cooperate with research; (2) Have a clear history of neurological disorders, psychiatric disorders or personality abnormalities, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease syndrome, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, depression, etc.; (3) History of severe trauma or major surgery or infection within 1 year; (4) A history of serious physical illness and drug dependence or alcoholism; (5) History of vital organs dysfunction
