研究目的：

从胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的高危因素、临床病理特点、治疗方案及治疗效果等方面分析患者预后及转归；分析保留子宫手术干预在I期胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the efficacy and safety of uterine preservation surgery in the treatment of stage I placental site trophoblastic tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.能够签署知情同意书，理解并同意依从该研究的要求和试验流程安排； 2.在签署知情同意书时年龄≥18岁的女性受试者； 3.病理活检明确为PSTT的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subject is able to sign an informed consent form, understand and agree to comply with the requirements and experimental procedures of the study; 2. Female subject aged >= 18 at the time of signing the informed consent form; 3. Pathological biopsy identifie as PSTT.

排除标准：

1.影像诊断或病理证实存在子宫外转移； 2.一般情况差，不能耐受手术。 3.有活动性感染或不能解释的发热。 4.存在重要脏器器质性或功能损伤。 5.对于伴有其他癌症或其他严重影响预后的疾病的患者需要排除。 6.病灶弥漫无法完整切除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Extrauterine metastasis confirmed by imaging diagnosis or pathology; 2. Poor general condition and inability to tolerate surgery. 3. Have an active infection or unexplained fever. 4. Organic or functional damage to important organs. 5. Patients with other cancers or other diseases that seriously affect the prognosis need to be excluded. 6. The lesion is diffuse and cannot be completely removed.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

生化指标的检测均按照标准操作流程进行，质量控制由检验科委派专人负责。研究所用量表中文版由相应机构的官方获得，其信度及效度已经由已有研究验证。研究所用的调查问卷由研究组成员制定审核，并在问卷使用前对研究人员进行相应培训。研究所使用的量表及问卷均统一整合入病例报告表，与其他研究资料进行统一登记、编码和录入。病例报告表纸质版将统一保存于指定地点，并由研究负责人指定研究组成员，专人负责电子版信息录入，并在研究过程中定期复核，确保所采集数据的真实性和可靠性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The detection of biochemical indicators is carried out according to standard operating procedures, and quality control is the responsibility of a dedicated person appointed by the Inspection Department. The Chinese version of the research institute's scale has been officially obtained by the corresponding institution, and its reliability and validity have been verified by existing studies. The survey questionnaire used by the research institute is developed and reviewed by members of the research team, and corresponding training is provided to the researchers before the questionnaire is used. The scales and questionnaires used by the research institute are uniformly integrated into the case report form, and registered, coded, and entered together with other research data. The paper version of the case report form will be uniformly stored at a designated location, and the research team members will be designated by the research leader. A dedicated person will be responsible for entering the electronic version of the information and regularly reviewing it during the research process to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the collected data.
