研究目的：

评价脐带血单个核细胞治疗儿童肠道aGVHD的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the safety and efficacy of umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells for the treatment of pediatric intestinal aGVHD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄<=18岁，男女不限； 2.根据急性GVHD国际联盟（MAGIC）分级标准确诊为肠道GVHDⅡ-Ⅳ级； 3.生存预期＞4周； 4.受试者监护人对临床试验方案充分了解并同意参与试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age<=18 years old, male or female; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of intestinal GVHD grade II.-IV. according to the International Federation of Acute GVHD (MAGIC) grading criteria; 3. Survival expectancy> 4 weeks; 4. The guardian of the subject fully understands the clinical trial protocol and agrees to participate in the trial, and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.无法控制的潜在疾病； 2.慢性GVHD的诊断或独特临床症状； 3.不受控制的细菌、病毒或真菌感染； 4.筛查时已知HIV、乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎阳性； 5.在本研究开始前30天内同时使用任何其他研究药物； 6.研究者认为不适合入组的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrollable underlying disease; 2. Diagnosis or unique clinical symptoms of chronic GVHD; 3. Uncontrolled bacterial, viral or fungal infection; 4. Known positive for HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C at screening; 5. Concomitant use of any other investigational drug within 30 days prior to the start of this study; 6. Cases that are considered unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
