研究目的：

通过收集眼底OCT、眼底照相等医学诊断影像，以及专家对疾病的诊断、分析结果和治疗建议构建多模态训练数据。通过计算机视觉相关技术提取疾病图像特征，构建其与诊断治疗意见的潜在联系，从而实现一种根据医学诊断影像自动生成诊断治疗意见的多模态快速诊疗方法。此方法将通过对未知数据的模拟分析，验证其对眼底疾病自动化诊断及治疗决策生成的准确性。同时，该方法也将被嵌入到网络服务平台中，形成自动化眼底影像诊断分析平台，为患者提供便捷准确的诊疗服务。  

Objectives of Study：

Multi-modal training data is constructed by collecting fundus OCT, fundus photography and other medical diagnostic images, as well as experts' diagnosis of diseases, analysis results and treatment recommendations. By using computer vision related technology to extract the features of disease images and construct the potential relationship between them and diagnosis and treatment opinions, a multi-modal rapid diagnosis and treatment method can be realized by automatically generating diagnosis and treatment opinions based on medical diagnosis images. This method will verify the accuracy of automatic diagnosis and treatment decision generation of fundus diseases through simulation analysis of unknown data. At the same time, the method will also be embedded in the network service platform to form an automated fundus image diagnosis and analysis platform to provide patients with convenient and accurate diagnosis and treatment services.

纳入标准：

1.有明确诊断的各类眼底疾病患者，如糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、年龄相关性黄斑变性、脉络膜新生血管、视网膜脱离、黄斑前膜、黄斑裂孔等。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with definitively diagnosed various retinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, choroidal neovascularization, retinal detachment, epiretinal membrane, and macular holes.

排除标准：

1.屈光介质明显混浊导致眼底检查图像质量不清晰者（如严重白内障、视网膜浓厚出血等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with significant opacity of the refractive media resulting in unclear fundus examination images, such as those with severe cataracts or dense retinal hemorrhages.
