研究目的：

探讨多感官刺激对意识障碍（DOC）患者脑功能活动的影响，为后期临床促醒提供个性化方案  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of multisensory stimulation on the brain function activities of patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC), and provide personalized plans for subsequent clinical arousal.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18 ~ 80岁；②入科时Glasgow昏迷量表（glasgow coma scale，GCS）评分小于8分；③创伤性脑损伤(TBI)、中风或缺氧的病因，持续时间超过28天；④意识障碍（包括昏迷、植物状态、微小意识状态）超过2周；⑤生命体征平稳，无重要脏器功能衰竭；⑥够获得照顾者的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2.Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score at admission was less than 8 points; 3.Caused by traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke or hypoxia, with a duration exceeding 28 days; 4. Duration of consciousness disorder (including coma, vegetative state, and minimally conscious state) was more than 2 weeks; 5.Stable vital signs, without significant organ failure; 6.Able to obtain informed consent from the caregiver.

排除标准：

①癫痫或精神或神经疾病史；②长期使用镇静或抗癫痫药物；③未能完成2周疗程的患者；④治疗过程中出现严重并发症终止治疗的患者；⑤自然脱落（包括转院、转科、家属中途拒绝治疗、死亡）的患者；⑥无法控制的感染或其他严重医学疾病；⑦无法获得知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of epilepsy, mental or neurological diseases; 2.Long - term use of sedative or anti - epileptic drugs; 3.Patients who fail to complete the two - week treatment course; 4.Patients who terminate treatment due to severe complications during the treatment process.; 5.Patients who drop out naturally (including transfer to another hospital, transfer to another department, refusal of treatment by family members midway, death); 6.Uncontrollable infections or other serious medical conditions; 7.Inability to obtain informed consent.
