探究不同图像重建算法对急性胰腺炎患者 CT 放射组学特征的具体影响,并深入探究这些重建算法对基于不同机器学习算法的放射组学模型性能的影响,从而为重建算法对CT放射组学稳健性的影响提供新的见解并促进CT放射组学在急性胰腺炎临床评估的研究和应用。  

Objectives of Study:

By investigating the specific impacts of diverse image reconstruction algorithms on CT radiomics features of patients with acute pancreatitis and further exploring the effects of these algorithms on the performance of radiomics models based on different machine learning algorithms, this study aims to offer new perspectives on the influence of reconstruction algorithms on the robustness of CT radiomics and promote the research and application of CT radiomics in the clinical assessment of acute pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.临床确诊急性胰腺炎患者,并经修订版的亚特兰大分类标准复核; 2.年龄≥18岁; 3.图像质量好,胰腺附近没有对胰腺产生线束硬化伪影的异物如金属置管和支架。

Inclusion criteria

1. clinically diagnosed AP verified using the revised Atlanta classification criteria; 2. age >= 18 years; 3. good image quality, with no foreign bodies (e.g., metal tubes and stents) near the pancreas that could induce beam hardening artifacts.

排除标准:

1.临床病例信息不完整者; 2.合并胰腺癌或疑似胰腺癌患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.incomplete clinical case information; 2. concurrent or suspected pancreatic cancer.
